8. Services

Verbal Link Institute offers:

• French and English language training (kids & adults)

• TCF exam preparation

• Non-legal Immigration advising (study permits, work permits, PR applications)

• School applications

All services are subject to availability and may require a written agreement or confirmation before delivery.

9. Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid in full before services begin, unless a payment plan is arranged.

• Accepted methods: e-transfer, debit/credit card, or direct invoice.

• All service prices exclude applicable GST/HST, which will be added at checkout.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Language classes: 48 hours’ notice required for cancellations.

• Non-legal Immigration consultations: Non-refundable after the consultation has taken place.

• TCF Prep: No refunds will be issued once a prep course begins.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including lesson materials, digital downloads, and guides, are the intellectual property of Verbal Link Institute and cannot be reproduced without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Verbal Link Institute is not liable for:

• Rejected school or immigration applications

• Exam failures (e.g., TCF)

• Third-party service disruptions
  Our obligation is to provide high-quality support, advice, and preparation—outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control.
