Verbal Link Institute (VLI) is a Canadian language education and instructional services organization based in British Columbia. We specialize in French language training, TEF Canada and TCF Canada preparation, curriculum development, language assessment support, and instructional services for educational institutions, government departments, employers, and community organizations.
