Williams Atanga, M.A.
Founder & Director, Verbal Link Institute
Pedagogical Advisor

Williams Atanga is a dedicated language educator and the founder of Verbal Link Institute. He holds a Master’s degree in French from Simon Fraser University, a Master’s degree in International Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in French and Chinese. He currently teaches French at the University of the Fraser Valley and has previously taught at Simon Fraser University and SELC College, supporting diverse learners in advancing their French language skills.

Williams is also a certified examiner for the Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF), helping individuals meet official language requirements for immigration, work, and study in Canada.

As Director and Pedagogical Advisor of Verbal Link Institute, he leads programs focused on French language education, bilingual learning, and immigration services. He is passionate about connecting communities across West Africa and Canada through language, culture, and opportunity.

Dede A. Dittey

Deputy Director

Leading Verbal Link Institute’s operations in West Africa, Dede A. Dittey is an accomplished administrator with extensive experience in education advocacy. She plays a key role in organizing Francophone immigration awareness seminars in Benin, Burkina Faso, and Ghana, ensuring that local professionals receive the resources they need to explore opportunities in Canada. With a strong background in educational leadership, she spearheads initiatives that connect French-trained professionals with Francophone communities in British Columbia, reinforcing the institute’s commitment to global engagement and meaningful integration.

 Hashim , MA.

Immigration Advisor, Verbal Link Institute

Hashim is the Immigration Advisor at Verbal Link Institute, where he supports clients with study permits, work permits, and permanent residence applications. He holds a Master’s degree from Simon Fraser University and brings valuable academic and professional experience to the field of immigration consulting.

At Verbal Link Institute, Hashim works closely with individuals and families to guide them through Canada’s immigration processes, offering personalized advice and support. He is committed to helping clients navigate their immigration journey with clarity and confidence.

Hubert, M.A.

Pedagogical Advisor – French for Public Servants, Verbal Link Institute

Hubert is the Pedagogical Advisor for French language programs tailored to Canadian public servants at Verbal Link Institute. He holds a Master’s degree in French from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and a Bachelor’s degree in French.

With extensive experience in teaching French to adult learners and professionals, Hubert specializes in workplace French, official language testing, and customized training programs for government employees. 

At Verbal Link Institute, Hubert plays a key role in designing, supervising, and enhancing French programs that meet the specific needs of Canada’s public sector.
